Every new golf client is taken through a series of 12 Golf Fitness Assessments. The results of these assessments, pinpoint what area(s) of your body that need improving. With that information, we then design a routine for you; one that will allow you to swing the golf club more efficiently and lower your scores.
We have programs to suit every individual; whether you want to workout at our facility or on your own. Every golf fitness client receives a membership to mytpi.com so they can access their workouts from anywhere they can get on the Internet.
