As shown in the video below are a list of steps for you to refer to:

  1. Address the bar with your shins touching
  2. Stand Tall and engage your core
  3. Bow or Hinge forward from the Hips
  4. Grab bar just outside your knees
  5. Raise Hips to engage the Hamstrings while maintaining a neutral spine
  6. Take a deep breathe in and hold for the lift off
  7. Exhale at the top and finish in a tall position
  8. Force Hips back and lower bar back to the ground keeping it as close to you as possible.
  9. Repeat for the prescribed number of reps
