“I am 51 and I have NEVER felt better in my life. I have more energy, confidence, and feel better in my clothes; which, I have already drops 2 whole dress sizes!

I have become much more aware of my diet. I realize now that when I do eat junk food it makes me feel tired and unhealthy. Working out in the morning motivates me to eat healthy throughout the rest of the day. I also don’t feel as guilty if I do treat myself to a dessert because I know that I can just work harder in the gym the next day.

For the past 6 months, with Michael’s fitness classes, I have set and surpassed many fitness goals for myself. This has been a very motivating force for me. I hadn’t run over 3 miles since my boys (now 25 & 28; also workout with Michael twice a week) were in grade school. Now, I can ‘easily’ run 4 miles in under 40 minutes.

I am stronger and more defined. Each week I am surprised by the muscle definition that I am seeing. I did not think my body was capable of being this lean and it feels good. I feel like it is still me, but in a new and improved package.

I have to thank Michael for changing my life! I have improved in ways that I know I could have never done on my own. I thoroughly enjoy ‘my group’ and credit my accomplishments to them as well. Working out with 2-3 other people, one of whom is my cousin Mary ☺, is so much fun and we all love the competition.

Using this information, we’ll show you how you compare to “fit” individuals of your same age and gender so you have a better feel for where you might want to go in your fat loss and fitness journey.
