In addition to our Semi-Private Personal Training program; we have designed a Small Group Personal Training Workout called “ACTIV8″ which will boost your metabolism to burn MORE FAT and increase your strength to build LEAN MUSCLE!

The ACTIV8 training session is an energizing small group interval fitness routine designed for everyone.   Each workout is broken into intervals of cardiovascular and strength training, using a variety of equipment including treadmills, bikes, TRX Suspension Trainers, Kettlebells, Resist-a-bands and free weights to tone your body and gain energy throughout the day

Our clients burn an estimated 600-900 calories per workout.

Our small group personal training sessions are scientifically developed and monitored to enhance the overall experience of your training session and using a proven periodization model, we change the program monthly to keep your results coming!

The sessions are MAXED OUT at 8 people.  Monthly membership is not required; you can ‘pay as you go’ at a drop in rate of $30 a session or purchase packs of 10, 20 or 30 sessions at a discounted rate.
